ATA Accounting Services offers ,among others, bookkeeping, payroll accounting and payment services. Company belongs to the group ATA Finance, including also companies ATA Tax – tax advisory and ATA Audit – audit services. ATA Finance is made up of a team of specialists which offers comprehensive services encompassing tax advice, audit of financial statements, bookkeeping and payroll accounting. Scope of services

Financial accounting and reporting

We provide comprehensive accounting services, prepare tax declarations VAT and CIT (corporate income tax) also monthly and quarterly reports depending on the sector and client requirements. We also offer the preparation of financial statement in accordance with the Polish accounting regulations, with the additional option of converting such statements to other reporting standards (e.g. IFRS, HGB, US GAAP).

HR & payroll

We offer payroll and Personal Income Tax (PIT) administration and social security (ZUS) compliance services. In addition, we manage employees’ personal files, prepare annual PIT returns and register employees for ZUS and tax security purposes.

Support during tax controls and audit

Our company provide comprehensive support during tax controls and audit in our premises.

Domiciliation

We also sublease seat’s address in our office in Warsaw and Katowice for our Clients. We handle incoming post as well as provide a conference room.

Bereich der Leistungen

Finanzbuchhaltung und Berichterstattung

Für unsere Mandanten übernehmen wir die Führung von Handelsbüchern, bereiten die Steuererklärungen VAT und CIT (Körperschaftssteuer) vor und bei Bedarf erstellen wir monatliche und vierteljährliche Berichte je nach Branche und Anforderungen der Mandanten. Ebenso bieten wir die Anfertigung der Jahresabschlüsse gemäß den polnischen Vorschriften sowie deren Umgestaltung nach anderen Berichterstattungsstandards (z. B. IFRS, HGB, US GAAP) an.


Personal und Löhne

Wir bieten unseren Mandanten die Lohnabrechnung, sowie die Abrechnung der Sozialversicherungsbeiträge (ZUS) und der Einkommenssteuer (PIT). Darüber hinaus führen wir Personalakten, bereiten jährliche Einkommenssteuererklärungen vor und übernehmen die Meldung von Arbeitnehmern und Arbeitgebern bei ZUS und bei den Finanzämtern.

Betreuung der Steuer-und Wirtschaftsprüfung

Unsere Gesellschaft betreut ganzheitlich die Steuer-und Rechnungsprüfungen in unseren Büros.

Untermiete der Anschrift

Unserem Mandanten ermöglichen wir auch die Untermiete der Anschrift des Gesellschaftssitzes in Warschau und in Katowice. Wir sichern sowohl die Betreuung des Posteingangs als auch die die Möglichkeit der Benutzung des Konferenzraumes.
